At Studio Euphemia, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.

We offer refunds for:

• damaged or defective products
• items that were sent incorrectly

Please note that our products are made to order (no waste here!). This means that we generally don't offer refunds if you've ordered the wrong size or change your mind about colour choice. Please keep that in mind when ordering, and refer to our size charts to ensure you're choosing the right size for you.

Cancellations are accepted up to 1 hour after purchase.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

To request a full refund, please contact us at info@studioeuphemia.com or submit a message on our contact page with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
